Delete your Elara account

Delete in the app

1. Open Elara.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps in the app.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

• Your account profile
• Your chats and conversation history
• Memories and personalization data linked to your account
• Notification preferences and registered push devices
• Relationship state and other account-linked delivery state

Retention after deletion request

• Account information may be retained for up to 90 days to allow account recovery if requested.
• Conversation data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
• Aggregate or de-identified data may be retained.
• Legal and compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years where required.
